The facilities for business, including a well-designed workspace with a beach view, met my work-related needs efficiently.

The room was overpriced given the leaking air conditioning and inconsistent hot water.

Had an awesome time with friends! We did some snorkeling, surfed the waves, and even enjoyed delicious Afro-Caribbean food. The vibe was chill, and we loved the pool area. Just a heads up though, the breakfast portions were a bit small.

Our room had a noisy vibe, which was a drag. Felt like there was zero insulation between the rooms.

Great Nature Experience with Room for Improvement

I had an adventurous stay nestled in nature, but I faced some issues. The setting is stunning, and the pool area is a lovely spot to unwind. However, the staff should work on their service consistency, especially in the restaurant. If you're planning to dine, inquire beforehand about menu availability.

This was just a great fit for a getaway in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca with definitely value for money. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool while waiting for my shuttle. Make sure to ask about any events happening during your stay.

stayed at socialtel puerto viejo for 2 nights and loved the vibe! the kitchen was fantastic for making meals, and the activities really helped me make friends. also, the pool was such a nice spot to relax after a day at the beach, which was super close!

I loved how close I was to tasty waves cantina just a short stroll away. The beautiful playa cocles was only a bit over 2 kilometers from my stay, making it easy to explore the area on foot during my stay.
